The axion remains one of the most compelling solutions to both the strong CP problem and the dark matter puzzle. Recent advances in quantum sensing--particularly the development of quantum-limited amplifiers, bolometers, and single-photon detectors--are now transforming our ability to probe the extremely weak signals expected from axions. In this talk, I will introduce our approach to leveraging state-of-the-art quantum technologies in haloscope-type experiments. I will also discuss the current status and future prospects of applying quantum hardware to fundamental research, aiming toward the first definitive detection of axion dark matter.
